How Do We Use Your Information?
The personal data we collect is used for the following primary purposes: (i) In the process of quotes/reservations for the requested services; (ii) To comply with applicable legislation, as well as requirements from federal and local authorities. We inform you that you may express your refusal to process your personal data within 5 business days after granting consent to this Privacy Notice. In such cases, your personal data will be placed on an Exclusion List, accessible only by persons authorized by the Company.
With Whom Do We Share Your Information?
The Company may transfer the personal data in its databases to any controlling companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties, national or foreign, who need to process or use it to fulfill obligations arising from the legal relationship between data subjects and the aforementioned companies, unless the respective data subjects expressly object, as provided by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Any third party receiving such transfer acknowledges this Privacy Notice in advance and agrees to its terms. The Company may also share personal data with federal and local authorities to comply with applicable legal obligations or requirements.

The Company implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data, which we also require from our service providers, including subsidiaries or related companies.
How Can You Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Data?
You may contact the Company to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data to stop receiving offers, promotions, and advertising by sending your request to the “Data Privacy” department via email.
How Can You Exercise ARCO Rights and Revoke Consent?
As the data subject, you may exercise ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition to processing) or revoke consent granted to the Company by sending your request to the “Data Privacy” department via email; ; or submitting a written request. The request must include at least: (a) your name, signature, and address or means to receive the response; (b) documents proving identity or legal representation; (c) a clear description of the data involved; (d) express revocation of consent; and (e) any other elements to locate the data. The “Data Privacy” department will respond within 20 business days of receipt. If more information is needed, they will contact you within 5 business days, and you must respond within 10 business days. Otherwise, the request is deemed not submitted. Deadlines may be extended once if necessary, with notification per Article 32 of the Law. Exercise of rights and revocation is free, including simple copies or email delivery.
