This helps you see the experience before committing.
Our first step is always a conversation — a conversation to understand what moves you, whom you travel with, and how you want to feel on your journey.
This isn’t about pitching options. It’s about listening.
Once the design session is in place, we refine your proposal into a full plan: logistics, guides, experiences, accommodations, and all details that ensure the journey unfolds with thought and intention.
Throughout, we stay in close conversation so that the final design feels thoughtful, personal, and precise — not generic.
To move forward with detailed planning, we request a design fee of USD 200.
This fee secures dedicated time and expertise in shaping your journey — and is fully credited toward your final travel plan if you choose to confirm with us.
