The G Travel provides travel booking services like flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals. We select reputable providers and plan trips based on your needs, but we act as an intermediary.
You must share accurate details such as passport info, allergies, and preferences at booking.

Booking and Payments

Bookings require a deposit, with full payment due 60 days before departure. Names must match passports exactly.
Late payments may cancel your booking; we charge fees for changes.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancel 60+ days before departure for a lifetime deposit credit (no cash refund). 30–59 days: 50% refund on remainder. Under 30 days: no refund beyond deposit.
Refunds depend on third-party policies; force majeure events like disasters may apply special rules.

Insurance and Health

Travelers must have insurance covering at least $200,000 in medical/evacuation costs. Disclose medical conditions; we may require a doctor's note.
Minimum age is 18 to book; minors need adult supervision.

Liability and Changes

We aren't liable for third-party issues like delays or accidents. Itineraries may change due to weather or safety; no refunds for unused services.
You assume risks of travel; follow all laws and safety rules.

Governing Law

These terms follow laws in your booking location. Disputes go to arbitration first.
